Our process for employers

1. Alignment
We understand the importance of aligning with our client's requirements and strategy from the very beginning of the recruitment process. We conduct an initial briefing with our clients to ensure that we have a clear understanding of their specific needs and goals for the role, as well as their overall business strategy. During this briefing, we work closely with you to gain a comprehensive understanding of the role, the company culture, and the client's expectations.

2. Research
The second stage of our search process is to conduct an in depth canvassing of the market within a short timeframe. We assess individuals within our own network and the wider market of candidates. This part of the process is crucial to success as in many cases there will be a limited number of options that fit all of the requirements when it comes to culture, ability and ambition. We use our advanced research technologies, as well as a referral system, in order to make sure that any candidate that we send will be certain to add value to your organization.

3. Candidate Engagement and Assessment
We understand that your time as employers can be scarce and know that you should not be spending it meeting with individuals that are not a direct fit for your team. For this reason we make a proactive approach to the strongest candidates who fit the role, followed by a thorough screening process to ensure candidates line up just as well in reality as in theory. This guarantees that when we deliver you a candidate profile, the focus is on quality rather than quantity, in order to save your precious time.

4. Interview Mediation
Once we provide you with well prepared and motivated candidates, we feel it is essential to provide transparency on both sides of the interview process. We will deliver direct and honest feedback to each side to make sure that all reservations are addressed as soon as possible and that there are no unknowns going into the final stages of the process.

5. Offer Management
When you are convinced you would like to make an offer to a candidate we ensure that the process goes smoothly by sounding them out on numbers, the role, career path and any finer details there might be. We will have identified any potential obstacles to hire already and overcome these ourselves in order to ensure that you have the best chance of success at the end of the process. We are happy to present the offer on your behalf if this is a service you would like or simply provide support and insight to maximise the chance of acceptance.

6. Candidate Resignation Process
For us a placement is not complete until the candidate is in your team and adding value to your business; the process does not finish when the candidate signs a contract. We work closely with our candidates during the resignation process to ensure that any counter offers can be fought off and that they remain in the right frame of mind to join your team. In addition, we provide you with a clear picture of how we expect this process to go on a case by case basis and deliver a timeline for it as quickly as possible.

7. Onboarding
Once the rest of the process is complete we find it crucial to ensure that the talent you have hired lands well and stays happy and motivated to perform. Therefore we continue to check in with our candidates for the first 3-6 months in their new role to make the transition as smooth as possible for both parties.

8. Feedback
At Equalitex in addition to finding out how our candidates are performing we are also always keen to continue our own learning and development. We like to receive your honest feedback on both the candidates that we have provided as well as our own processes, to ensure that we continually improve and perfect our service.
